The OTP for SSO login, registration, or password reset is not arriving on your mobile or email.

How to fix it

    Confirm the mobile number is the one registered with your Aadhaar or Jan Aadhaar, and that it has network signal.

    Wait 5 minutes for network congestion to clear, then click Resend OTP once instead of repeatedly.

    Try the email OTP option instead of SMS if it is offered.

    Check that your SMS inbox is not full and that no SMS-blocking or DND app is filtering it.

    If the registered number has changed, update it at any e-Mitra centre with your Aadhaar, then retry.
